Unmasked at last!

During the final session with the initial 2 groups, we were privileged to have some well-being and resilience advice from a occupational therapist / mental health worker, who gave some mindfulness exercises to try which we were able to do in the garden at the workshop premises… albeit a little chilly, it was truly wonderful to sit out unmasked, hear the birdsong and see each others faces for the first time
