Who has ever grabbed a stand up meal from the off cuts of their children’s sandwiches, or their unwanted leftovers? Do you feel guilty if you indulge in something extravagant or treat yourself to a meal out without the kids?
Not everyone’s journey with food is a pleasant experience, but let’s remember what we like – or learn to acquire new tastes or a different mindset to food.
