It isn’t always easy, as many know, depression and anxiety can co-exist within our lives, sometimes well masked and at other times erupting for all to see. We may receive good post-natal care, but what about as the years go by and different challenges rear their head? How do we cope with pressure, decisions, difficult situations? This session includes some good practical advice from an experienced mental health professional and a good opportunity to share, laugh (and cry?) with each other…
