Tan would watch her Nan apply Mehndi designs on her own palms very\u00a0steadily using a toothpick.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tan loves meeting wonderful people through her art and creating beautiful designs not only to impress but to make others smile.\u00a0She would love to participate in the &#8220;I Am ME!&#8221; project.
